Sample sentence:
Kanji | お誕生日おめでとうございます。 |

Romaji | Otanjoubi omedetou gozaimasu. |
Malayalam | ജന്മദിനാശംസകള്. |
English | Wish you a happy birthday. |
Note: As you may know ‘O’ before ‘tanjoubi’ shows respect towards the listener.
"O (お)" or "go (ご)" is respectful prefix (polite marker), used to express respect or simple politeness.
Generally speaking, "o" is used with native Japanese words and "go" with words of Chinese origin.
Anyway, "O" or "go" can't be attached to all nouns.
