趣味(n) - しゅみ - shumi - hobby
Category: Simple nouns
Sample sentence:

Romaji | anata no goshumi wa nan desuka. |
Read as | a-na-ta no go-shu-mi wa na-n de-su-ka. |

English | What is your hobby?. |
Note: As you may know ‘go’ before ‘shumi’ shows respect towards the listener.
"O (お)" or "go (ご)" is respectful prefix (polite marker), used to express respect or simple politeness.
Generally speaking, "o" is used with native Japanese words and "go" with words of Chinese origin.
Anyway, "O" or "go" can't be attached to all nouns.
